If you have any questions about how to spend your time in Fox Glacier don’t hesitate to contact us.

Internet:
If you are traveling with your laptop, Wi-Fi broadband is available thoughout the grounds. You can purchase your internet time online and re-use your time in other N.Z. locations on your holiday. Coin operated internet terminals are also available with Skype, CD burning, and iPod downloading.

Telephone:
The Telecom cellular network can be accessed from all areas of the park grounds. Payphones are also available, and phone cards can be purchased from reception.

Postage:
We have all your postage needs organised. You can purchase postcards, stamps and even post your mail at the holiday park.

Linen/bedding Hire:
Linen and bedding can be hired from reception when you check in. Just let us know your requirements and we will organise it for you.

Cutlery/Crockery Hire:
If are not traveling with crockery/cutlery, let our reception  staff know and they will organise one of our hire kits for you, if required. These kits contain all you need to prepare and eat your meals while staying with us. Do we mention that this is only necessary if staying in Shared Facilities accommodation???

Luggage and vehicle storage:
Because many of our guests choose to walk some of the longer tracks in the area, such as the overnight hike to the Copeland Valley hotpools, we offer a secure vehicle and luggage storage service. Contact us for more details, or ask at reception when you check in.

Dump Station:
A full service dump station is available on-site.

Bus Reservations:
Ticketing for bus services heading both north and south are available from reception (for Intercity, Atomic Shuttles and Tracknet).

Activity Reservations:
Our friendly reception staff can offer advice and booking services for all local activities.  All you need to do is give them an idea of your plan and they will assist in organising everything for you.
